Great Find!

I stumbled across this listing last minute and I couldn’t be more pleased! The location was great. There was a souvenir shop and an ice cream/burger joint that our younger teens could safely walk to, but it wasn’t so overly crowded on the street. Everything else you would want was just a short drive. It was super helpful to get the breakfast included because that was one meal we didn’t have to worry about. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare lunch and dinner. The bedrooms were a great size, even the smallest had plenty of room. And the living/dining area was nice and open so our group could all hang out together. The pool areas were nice and the tiki bar onsite was awesome (we had a great bartender all week!).

Check in and out way easy. We had some issues with the refrigerator that they fixed in a very timely manner. Condo was comfortable, clean, and we enjoyed our stay!

The location was great great! The hotel was great. The room was good but you can’t go barefooted your feet will get black. It needs new carpet other than the new carpet and a little updating on you know some of the inside, but the room was nice but like I said besides the carpet, and there was spots on our sheets, the kitchen and living room are together literally together, which was fine, but it is made out like it’s a little bit bigger than what it is, but I mean it was it was fine, but like I said, the biggest problem with us was the carpet in the room. You really need to wear shoes if you don’t want your feet to be nasty But the overall location was wonderful. The whole hotel in general was good. I kinda give it a 3.5 out of five stars I don’t know what else to say.

Property is nice but could use some cosmetic fixes. Needs better curtains, and more of them. Needs signage coming out from sliding patio doors to “watch your step”, as it’s close to a 10 inch drop. Ceilings needs cleaning/painting. It would be nice to have a chair in the larger bedrooms to sit and put/take shoes on/off. A detachable or hand held shower head would be helpful for rinsing. Bedroom space is good.Location to beach/pools is great. Had an issue with a door handle and bed frame, maintenance came within an hour and fixed the problem.Morning breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were polite and friendly.

Do NOT book this rental! Doesn’t look like the posted pics at all. Old, rundown, dirty and an unsafe place if you have toddlers. It’s a rooftop rental without proper locks to prevent access to the roof. There is NOT a washer/dryer in the unit as advertised. There is not an en-suite off the master. We walked into the place and immediately demanded our money back and left.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DO NOT BELIEVE PREVIOUS REVIEWS

I wish I could post pictures of our stay to support this review. AVOID!! This unit is not as advertised. The unit was full of mold on all air vents, registers and ceilings. Mold spores were present on lamp shades. This unit was disgusting. The unit had multiple bugs and spider nests. The walls and carpets were stained. The tub was dirty, window curtains stained, and the couches smelled and were stained. We refused to use the bed sheets and towels because they did not look washed. We purchased our own towels and bedsheets. The unit smelled musty. I thought I vetted the other reviews but we were misled. I contacted the owner and they sent a cleaning crew out. This crew cleaned the floors and bathrooms but you cannot remove bugs, stains, mold, etc. in one cleaning. We spent thousands of dollars renting this unit - the owner offered a $300 credit and said that is all they can do. Please avoid!
