This recently renovated, newly furnished sunlit 3BR/2BA pet-friendly condo is nestled just across the street from the ocean's edge in Crescent Beach in NMB. Equipped kitchen, room for 8 guests, and a prime location-you'll love it. Less than 5min to MainSt. and a quick 10min drive to the vibrant Barefoot Landing.
The Space:
ENTRY
Your two free assigned parking space awaits! Unwind after going up a short flight of stairs in your second-floor unit (#6) with a simple lock code for seamless entry. Enjoy some rest on your private porch furnished with a table and chair set. Let's ensure a peaceful stay for everyone by being mindful of neighboring units above and beside yours.

The unit has 3 bedrooms, each supplied with a single set of sheets per bed, Smart TV, a luggage rack, mobile charging port, and closet with hanging rod & storage shelf. Iron & ironing board provided as well.

Getting Around:
While we strongly advise having a car for transportation, alternative options like taxis and Ubers are available.

Parking at the beach: Between March 1 – October 1, 2022 a daily parking fee of $2 per hour will be in place from 9 a.m.- 5.pm. in public parking lots on either side of Ocean Boulevard. You can download the Passport Parking app and pay directly from your phone.
