There were some damages which I reported but overall it was a pleasant experience. As to leaving you should tell renters where the appropriate trash dump is if they are not leaving on a trash pick up day. I would like to suggest that a hand towel be included in the towel package. Using a bath towel for hands is not convenient. However, this is just a suggestion, not a complaint. I would also suggest that for this unit you explain where the parking is located. We figured that it is in front on the grass but we were not sure as our van would not fit pulling into the yard and we did not want a ticket if our tires weee on the sidewalk.

Poor Experience

The cottage was dirty, the shower drains were clogged. The bathroom light flickered and would not work. Maintenance was called, they could not fix the light and left it exposed with large amounts of dirt and dust hanging over the toilet. During a rainstorm the laundry room flooded due to a clogged drain in the outdoor shower. Overall poor experience.
