We absolutely love this condo and it's location. Plenty of space for our family, beautiful ocean view. Easy access to elevators and trash chute. Beach is less crowded than some other areas and the pool was fun, although chilly. Great restaurants, stores and entertainment within walking distance. The beds and pillows could use some updating but nothing unbearable. Elliott is always great to work with and rent from. Thank you for another great stay in NMB!

Needs a lot of attention!

I debated whether to post this review, but my family encouraged me to share it. They felt it could help future renters and possibly provide useful feedback for the owner." Pros: The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The balcony furniture was sturdy and well-suited for relaxation. Cons: Dust was caked on the ceiling fans, pull chains, blinds, shutters, lamp shades and light fixtures in all rooms. Mold was visible on the bottom of the shower door, and the textured ceiling was peeling. The light and fan in the middle bathroom were non-functional. TVs in three of the bedrooms were unusable as they had no cable or Roku connections. The living room carpet appeared dirty and unkempt. The kitchen was poorly stocked, with minimal silverware provided. The kitchen cabinets seemed to have a sticky, peeling paper covering, giving them a makeshift appearance. No linens or towels were included, requiring an extra fee for delivery. The linens arrived in a bag, and we had to make the beds ourselves. Towels were thin, and no hand towels were provided. The sliding glass door wouldn't lock, which could pose a safety hazard, especially for toddlers. The furniture seemed mismatched and appeared to have been purchased second-hand. The dishwasher wouldn’t work initially. After days of troubleshooting, we discovered the breaker panel hidden behind a painting in a small hallway and had to reset the breaker repeatedly. There is more but no more space provided to explain.
