Beautiful, large house with lots of pluses: pool, hot tub, pool table, great location and elevator..Would have liked to see cleaner showers, less dusty floors and refrigerator on second floor have better temperature control, especially the freezer

Great Property! Excellent location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought the property was very spacious and good for multiple families. The duplex style of two kitchens and two living areas allowed for everyone to spread out. The pool was great and clean and being directly on the beach was perfect. The 2nd floor was definitely cleaner than the first floor, but maybe that was just because there is more traffic. The furniture cushions could use a good cleaning. The location of the house is great and walking distance to shops food and ice cream. We would definitely come back.

The ProsThe house is spacious, easily accommodating 2 families.The house is just steps from the beach through the backyard gate.The views of the ocean and beach from the balconies are stunning.All the features/amenities listed in the advertisement on VRBO are available in the house, including but not limited to a private swimming pool with hot tub, pool table, TV/movie theater seating, basketball hoop, etc.Both kitchens have been completely renovated, and some of the bathrooms have been upgraded as well.The ConsThis is not a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is surrounded by shops and bars/restaurants on one side, and hotels and apartment buildings on the other side. There is a high-rise apartment building on one side of the house, and a 4-story apartment building on the other side. As a result, the beach can get crowded at times.The landscaping needs work.The bottom floor smelled of mold/mildew, making it difficult to spend much time there, especially for watching a TV show or movie.This is an old house, and while some rooms were renovated/upgraded, most were not.The furniture is old. You will sink down into the dining room chairs on the 2nd level and feel like you are going to fall through any second.Our Specific ExperienceThe ad on VRBO promised “luxury,” which included a house on the beach with “stunning” views, private swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, home theater and more.
