  • "2 Of Kind, Gotta Full House" is a spacious 4 Bedroom/3 Bath house on stilts that can comfortably accommodate 10 with 1 queen in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, 2 twins in the 4th bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room.

    Enjoy all the comforts of home at "2 Of Kind, Gotta Full House". This wonderfully decorated beach house on stilts is pet friendly and features a private pool that can be heated for an additional charge of $25 per day (arrange with North Beach Vacations in advance to schedule and pay). This spacious beach house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, tile & LVP flooring throughout, full size washer & dryer, large balcony with outdoor seating & a fenced in yard. There are TV's in all 3 queen rooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi and parking for at least 4 vehicles.

    "2 Of Kind, Gotta Full House" is just 0.3 miles from the beach! You can take a quick walk to the beach or rent a golf cart for convenience. Located in the popular Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach, you will be in close proximity to all the must see entertainment venues, restaurants, attractions and shopping that our area has to offer!

    "2 Of Kind, Gotta Full House" is also pet friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. 3 DOGS MAX WITH 80LB WEIGHT LIMIT!

Property was as advertised; clean, well maintained, and beautiful. Heated pool was excellent since it was a little cool for a couple of days during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had a great layout of bedrooms/bath and living space. Front porch was lovely with rocking chairs and porch swing. Ample parking and easy to pull in and unpack. The fenced in yard was a great space with beautiful pool / grill and table and chairs under deck awning as well as picnic table and umbrella. Beach was a short walk but also could park right at 14th street if lots in tow. Area had franchise favorites with Chik fila / Starbucks / Paneras … Publix was a short drive with Ulta / Tjmax / House was clean but could see some attention needed on the vents / fans bathroom in need of cleaning.

Beautiful and romantic space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place .. had so many bedrooms and bathrooms . Lovely porch in the front and back . I loved the fenced yard and pool . We were able to swim and our dogs were chilling in the grass

The house was clean inside and smelled really clean. Downside was that the backyard wasn’t what I expected. The yard wasn’t mowed and because of the trees behind the property leaves would fall into the pool. Someone finally came to clean the pool and mow the grass two days before we had to leave but unfortunately the pool guy cleaned the pool first then lawn care was done and ended pushing grass clippings into the pool. The light was out in the toilet room in the master bathroom. Otherwise I liked the fact that there were supplies left for guests to use like shampoo and conditioner, dish pods and such. You had all the amenities that you needed to cook, wash clothes and just relax. I liked the location. Everything was very close by like Barefoot Landing and the Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes to Broadway. We played a lot of mini golf with the kids and there were plenty to choose from minutes away from the house. Downfall, although it’s a few minutes walking to and from the beach I wish there was a side walk on the road. There were plenty of cars that drove by us and we’d have to walk in peoples yards. There is parking available by the beach but it is a charge per hour whether you drive a vehicle or golf cart. Also there isn’t a rinsing station when you get off the beach so you’d have to walk or drive back with sandy feet. All in all, I would recommend this house. Great location and very close to their office for check in/out and close to the beach.
