The house was super spacious so everyone had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! We loved having the fire table at night and the easy access to the beach. The property owner was ABSOLUTELY amazing and was always available to us during our stay.

Great Home For a Large Group

This house was very accommodating for our family vacation. 4/5 stars given only because the house had some minor imperfections but those did not impact our stay. We would recommend staying here to anyone. The location was perfect and the place had everything we asked for.

A wonderful trip with friends!

This property hosted several of me and my friends for 4 days while we were staying. It provided clean rooms, bathroom, 2 nice kitchens and everything was within 15 minutes that we needed and it was also on the beach. We had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone!

Great Trip with Friends

This property was perfect for 7 friends on a golf trip. There was a good table to play poker, ample TV's, excellent beach access, a bedroom for everyone, and the place was clean as advertised. I would definitely recommend this.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandpiper, with ample room for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We had a small emergency with Sammy, our fur baby, and Katie was kind enough to send a care package for him! I would definitely recommend this place!

Family gathering

The sandpiper house provided a way for my siblings and families to be in one place with our dogs. On short notice,, we found the house available for the long weekend we were in town for my father’s funeral.He loved the ocean, as we all do, any this was a fitting place for us all to gather.The house had all the essentials we needed. And it was easy to find groceries and restaurants nearby.

Perfect for family gathering

Even though we live in the area, we wanted a big place on the beach where we could spend the weekend with visiting family for our daughters wedding. This was our second time at Sandpiper and this place doesn’t disappoint! Private pool area, private beach access, two kitchens and everything you need to just relax with family. Thank you!

Friend reunion

We had a wonderful time with a group of friends and our kids (ages 1-10). The short walk to the beach was perfect for lugging all our toys and chairs, the pools was an awesome reprieve from the sand (especially for the kids), and the bedrooms, all with their own 1/2 baths and most with their own showers was perfect for sharing the house with several families! We would love to book this home again.

Perfect location and great house for a large crowd or multiple families. Short walk to the beach and came with beach chairs and beach towels. Lots of outside chairs for relaxing by the pool or enjoying the view. Only complaint was the pool wasn’t cleaned until the day after we checked in and clean dishes were left in the dishwasher.

Amazing Family Vacation

We recently spent a weeklong family vacation at the Sandpiper in north myrtle beach. It was squeezed between two hurricanes. The extra effort to prepare the property after the first hurricane was impressive. The accommodations were clean and well stocked and accommodated a party of 20 without difficulty. All in all, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend this beach front property to anyone.

Great home for large group.

This property was exactly what we needed for our group. The location was excellent. The kitchen had everything we need. The dual kitchens and living area made it so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The privacy of the bathrooms was exactly what we needed. Plus the outdoor area was amazing. To cold for the pool but we loved the fire pit!! Would definitely rent again!!

Great home layout on beautiful beachfront

The layout of this house is great for a group. We were there with four teenagers, and it was perfect. There are four bedrooms upstairs and four bedrooms downstairs, each with their own bathroom (two with Jack and Jill showers) and a separate kitchen on the top and bottom floors. The beach access is terrific. The pool is not hugs but our kids spent as much time in it and the hot tub as they did in the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The Getaway We Were Hoping For

We had a wonderful time. The house is perfect - lots of room, nicely appointed, very clean with a great location and view. The pictures accurately portray the home. We enjoyed the heated pool and being just steps to the beach very much. Katie and Renea were great to communicate with and provided lots of recommendations and helpful tips. The house has many nice touches - phones chargers in the bedrooms, pool towels, good quality paper products, spices in the kitchen, beach chairs, etc. Our dog had a great time, too, although he would not use the circular staircase. No worries! There are two external staircases that worked just fine for him. We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely rent from Katie again. Thanks for sharing your great home!

Outstanding beach house

This was a great house. 8 bedrooms, 4 had solo shower and wash-basin, 4 had 2-bedrrom-connect bath. There were a ton of beach toys. It was in the 30's to 60's, so we used the heated pool and hot-tub. I like the location in Cherryt Grove because there is minimal traffic and crowds, no "Myrtle Beach Attractions" at the end of the MB area. House was clean, TP and paper towels, coffee makers, there were closthes washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen on both the downstairs and upstairs. This was an outstanding house, we will do it again.

Amazing VRBO Experience

Katie at KT Escapes went over and above on accommodating our needs and we found the house to be everything represented in the photos and description online, and more so! We have stayed in the Myrtle Beach area before but always south. Katie was forthcoming with attractions and restaurants and even gave her preferences; she was absolutely correct in all recommendations. The house, decks and property were super clean, well organized and very well taken care of! The beach access is perfect with a walkway to the dunes and the ocean. We found incredible shells that we were not able to find in much higher populated areas along the coast. We intend to come back and have even set our next reservation already ... we literally cannot wait!!

Nice place

I came here to celebrate my wifes 40th birthday with our family. Everything was clean for the most part (some minor areas missed.) We were missing some dishwashing pods and the pool was not heated the 4 nights we were there (the owner Katie said that they were working on it and should be ready to go within the next day or so). It never got fixed but besides that, we enjoyed our stay. One thing to mention for future stayers, bring something to wear on your feet when going down the narrow path to the beach, everyone got countless little hitchhiker plants (little spiky balls) stuck to the bottom of our feet and I became the resident surgeon for removal lol. Other than the maintenance issue and missing cleaning stuff, the only other thing was the price was a bit steep for the stay but overall it was enjoyable. The other thing that may need to be addressed is that there are several windows that do not open easily, do not stay up on their own (several slammed shut randomly) or do not lock. We really did enjoy the proximity to the beach and all the beach toys/chairs that were provided.

Outstanding In All Areas!!!

House is everything we hoped - it fit 11 family members ranging from 1 year old to 90 years old and 3 large dogs (WITH a TROPICAL STORM!!!!) quite comfortably! This trip could have been a disaster, with Tropical Storm Ophelia dumping rain and high winds on our beach vacation 4 of our 4.5 day family reunion - but the layout of the house, thoughtfulness of what the owners/managers have done/left in the home and overall comfort of the owners/manager saved the trip! The beach is RIGHT THERE!!! Even in the bad weather, it is a beautiful view. Upper and lower decks allow folks to spread out and be COMFORTABLE. Virtually identical layouts upstairs and downstairs - 2 full kitchens, laundry, etc!!! En-suite baths for almost all bed rooms!! Dog/baby gates!!! ABUNDANCE of towels left for us. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!!!! Beds were super comfortable. Outstanding communication along the way, and checked on us repeatedly throughout storm. Fantastic customer service. What pushed it over the top for me - I’ve traveled ALL OVER the world - over 1M airline miles, 5star hotels, etc. - I’ve NEVER experienced this….my husband left some items behind and she mailed them to us FOR FREE. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We just the loved the space and easy access to the beach! The pool was great when you wanted another option besides the beach! The bedrooms with private bathrooms was so nice for our group of 16.
