Relaxing Stay

My entire family enjoyed the stay, including our two Yorkies. The elevator, which was located in a common area between the two units was great for accessing all four floors. One of the dishwashers wasn't working, but guess what, there was a second dishwasher located in the island of the huge kitchen and the second dishwasher was replaced a couple of days after our arrival. A nice suprise that I don't think was mentioned in the listing was the undercounter ice maker in the bar area. There was plenty of space to accomodate our group of 7 and it felt like we could've doubled that number and still had plenty of space. There were some cleanliness issues, mostly floors, but we didn't feel they were significant enough to report, we grabbed the broom and dustpan out of the pantry and problem solved. If anyone has spent time in a beach rental, you have to continuously sweep anyway, unless you want to walk around in sand all week. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would be happy to rent the same unit in the future.

House was great - best unique feature was the ice maker in unit as it saved us numerous trips to buy ice. But lots of great features - tv's in each room, five bathrooms, large living and dining area and elevator to help us older folks. The oceanfront pool was great and our neighbors in Seaside Days B were fantastic, making our vacation stay wonderful. Looking forward to returning next year. Thanks to the owners for sharing their oceanfront property with us.

We love the house. Perfect for our group. I would suggest adding measuring spoons, a full set of measuring cups, a rubber scraper, 9x13 dish, and cookie sheets to the kitchen. We cook most of our meals while we vacation and I’m missing those things.  Bathrooms, bedrooms, living room very clean. Kitchen was clean but could have benefitted from a little more attention.

Everything works great ESPECIALLY the air conditioning. I mean you could hang meat in here when it’s set on 70 degrees. Thanks for that. The property is wonderful. I am so happy there is an elevator because I am an amputee. One more thing I might suggest is to get comfort height toilets. I know that’s major renovation so just for future reference. Everybody really likes having their on room and having plenty of room.

Went on line to find oceanfront house and ended up with best possible location with elevator, linens, pet friendly and just size we needed. Esp.. pleased that each bedroom had own bathroom, big family room, pantry, and right on beach with excellent furniture inside and out.. We could not have found a better place and was one of the best vacations our family has had. Will definitely try to rent again. Elliott made everything so easy and our unit was very clean.

Nice house but very dirty

It's a nice house. Plenty of public space and comfortable seating. Nice kitchen appliances. Plenty of porches. Walk straight onto the beach. The house was dirty. We're not especially fastidious but this place was gross. Crumbs and crud under every table and chair. The appliances were dirty. The carpeted stairs are filthy. It was better after we cleaned. Would not use this rental company again.

Great property and location - dirty when we checked in

The highlights: Great value for a place right on the beach. Cheaper than most places I looked at. Walk to beach was shorter than most. This area of the beach was not super crowded. Nice to have a place like this that was pet friendly. Dogs had a blast. Lots of space, good sleeping options. Nice stock of games. Lowlights: Property was very dirty when we got there. Obviously not cleaned, previous tenants linen was still there. Cockroaches!!! Tried to get someone to clean before my guests arrived on the second day. No show, first night. They said they came the second day while we were out, but didn't clean because of the dogs (dogs were with us). They finally came after our guests arrived and took the previous tenants linen away. We had already cleaned the house ourselves. This would not have been that big of a deal except for Covid!!! We checked into a house that had not been cleaned and disinfected!!!! Thankfully we were vaccinated, but had to disinfect ourselves before our grandson arrived for the day. Throughout this cleaning ordeal, we called the office multiple times. Without fail each call started with 20 minutes of listening to music. Several times we were disconnected and had to start again. Bottom line: Great place and value. Hopefully the cleaning issue was a one time miss.
