"We arrived at the hotel after about 20 hours of travel, only to find out they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. The manager arranged for us to stay at another hotel and comped the room. She also offered transportation. I must say the manager turned a bad situatuon into something positive. It’s how they reacted to the situation that gives the service *****!"

"This was just the get away we needed. Far enough out to feel away but close enough to enjoy all the restaurants in Fairbanks. My husband and I spent 3 nights here for our 10th anniversary. It was such a cozy vacation."

"We were a little disappointed in the building and some features. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a barbecue going on the afternoon when we arrived and it was rather chaotic. The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming). We had to ask for linen and did not get new bedding the 3days/4 nites we stayed ( maybe this is the norm now?). The breakfast was bland and did not change. We thought everything was relatively old and outdated, including rugs etc. the fridge was a good size but it had a layer of dust and handprints on it. I felt this was not representative of most Best Western plus hotels we've stayed at."

"Great little cabin! Had everything we could have needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and would stay again if ever back in the area. Hosts were excellent! Posted instructions very helpful, lights, fans, etc., were labeled, and communication was excellent! Thanks again!"
