“The room was not very clean. Some of the towels were gray and dingy. The area rug was not clean or vacuumed. The kitchen cupboards were falling of the hinges. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. I reported all of this and nothing was done about it during my 3 day stay. There were 2 lamps in the bedroom that did not work. I did get them replaced by one of the employees. Very disappointed in the service I did not receive.”
