「Ive been coming to this area to Scuba Dive for 15 years. 9 years ago I married my wife in Carambola which is where Ive always stayed. This year we decided to give a rental property a try and boy are we happy. Not only was this property a short easy walk from all the amenities the area offers but the condo itself was impecable. Just bring your clothes and groceries because the rest from bottle openers to beach chairs to wine glasses and everything in between is right there and in great condition....

「This condo has a wonderful view. We enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. It was super clean (and I am very picky about that!). We did not walk into Christiansted, but it is definitely doable. The view from the pool deck was amazing. The in-unit washer and dryer is handy to have - we used it a lot. There were beach towels and beach chairs. Great layout, comfy beds and plenty of room for 4 adults. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Christiansted.」

「We rented a small condo right on the beach. Although the inside space was small, it has a cozy feel to it. We enjoyed the patio space every day, wonderful views and breezes. The condo has air conditioning but we opted to turn it off and leave the sliders open for the breeze. After all we came here for sunshine and fresh air. We would definitely stay here again. Sugar Beach has some regulars and everyone here is super friendly. It is a great community!」

「The pics online don’t really show you a great view of the absolutely beautiful view from the veranda. I spent many mornings just overlooking the sea. The screened doors allowed us to have fresh air when not using the air conditioners. There were many supplies in the kitchen. Great location distance to many areas! I would stay here again.The only thing that was intimidating was the drive up the hill to get to the place; however, I got used to it after a couple of days.」

「Mother / daughter trip - our first time to St. Croix. The condo was very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed. As others have stated, the complex is showing it's age but is maintained well and the pool is in excellent condition. The condo has everything you need - plenty of towels, good quality beach chairs and all the basic necessities. We were very comfortable there and felt safe. 「Our stay at the condo was great. It is centrally located on the island, so we could drive anywhere we wanted to go easily. It is a few minutes drive into Christiansted where there are plentiful restaurant options. It is close to groceries and gas stations. JoAnna was a very responsive host and helpful with recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was clean, the complex had a nice pool. It was quiet during our stay. I would stay here again.」
