BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM VILLA LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH

Located directly on the sparkling Caribbean Sea, our home is located in quintessential North Side, Grand Cayman. Our property was purchased in late 2019 and was completely renovated in 2020 including all new beds and linen.
Our Villa has breathtaking panoramic Caribbean Sea with beach front views from both the ground floor living area, as well as from the expansive master bedroom and adjoining balcony. Within literally just a few steps from the double sliding doors you will find yourself on the soft sandy beach with miles of crystal clear waters to explore teeming with healthy shallow coral reefs and an abundance of underwater marine life.
There is a private courtyard and side entry door, as well as outside dining on your oceanfront patio. Our Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Grand Cayman is an upscale, tax free, stable and safe island with the friendliest residents in the Caribbean. There is an excellent choice of casual oceanfront restaurants within 2 - 10 minutes from the villa. These include Rum Point, the Kaibo Beach Bar, Over The Edge and Tukka.
For scuba divers, Grand Cayman offers world class wall and reef dives with several beach entry dives in the area. There are an abundance of local dive operators should you wish to explore locations beyond shore dives.
Other activities include touring the Stingray City, Starfish Point, Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, hiking and bird watching on the Mastic Trail, the Blowholes, Underwater Submarine tours, the Turtle Farm, Hell, and Duty Free shopping in George Town.
We have also placed two yoga matts in the Master Bedroom for your use.

Beautiful home with ocean view

The house was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need. Very easy to communicate with host. We loved being able to visit Cayman without paying the prices of 7 mile beach.

It was a beautiful location with beach access out the back door. The villa was clean and had an adequately stocked kitchen for making meals. The bedrooms were pleasant. We enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend it!

Great home with open access to water

Perfect stay with everything you need to rest and/or dine at home. Beach is very nice with no limestone barrier into the water, so shoes are not required.

Enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was clean. Loved the view! We snorkeled right off the beach (bring water shoes, it is rocky). I would recommend replacing the sofa as it had a big flattened area right in the middle which made it quite uncomfortable to sit to enjoy the view.

Absolutely awesome!

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for a week in March. I could not have been more thrilled with the house and the location. Quite possibly my favorite rental house we’ve ever stayed at and even better than the pictures! The home was complete with snorkel equipment, kayaks, and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed great snorkeling and kayaking right outside the back door every day. Thank you for your hospitality!

Fantastic house on the beach

Had a lovely week staying here, the house has everything you need and is in a great location to explore the island. We will miss waking up to the fabulous sea view each day. We will definitely return.

This is the perfect place for a family who likes to snorkel. The house is so clean and well stocked. The beach is the perfect combination of shade and sun. We had such a great time in the fabulous home!

Cayman Islands Getaway

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at our villa. Perfect location for a small family or couples. Very easy check in. Great communication from start to finish!! Definitely rent a car so you can get to restaurants and explore the beaches!! Ten minutes from Rum Pointe, which we loved!!

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It's beautiful - so nicely decorated and also comfortable - and the views are simply spectacular. We loved that the area was so quiet, and we could snorkel right out front. We cooked dinner every night and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were super comfortable. Really, we couldn't have been happier, and we would love to return.

Amazing spring getaway

We wanted to take our two teenagers somewhere warm and sunny for vacation. They wanted snorkeling and diving so we selected Cayman and found this beautiful property that had plenty of room for our family. The house was very nice, equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Since the location is not super close to Georgetown, we planned to have meals at home. We went to Foster's grocery store about 20 min. away which had a good selection. We went diving from the east side at Tortuga and did the kayak bioluminescent tour from Rum Point and both were an easy drive from the house. The kids loved Stingray City as well. We would definitely return for another adventure!

Great Property - quiet location

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Grand Cayman staying at this property. Communication from owners was excellent throughout the trip and property was exactly as advertised. Location was great on the quiet side of the island. But close to Rum Pointe and local grocery stores. Everything else was a close drive away. I would highly recommend this property for a trip to Grand Cayman and would stay again in the future.

Just as described

Robert and Nichola were AMAZING hosts! The house was clean, well appointed, fantastic views and a nice snorkeling beach. Perfect spot if you enjoy traveling around to the islands beaches and exploring!! We loved the North and East Sides. Must do Stingray City of course, but we enjoyed the Crystal Cave tour as well. Both are located very close to the villa. Thank you Robert and Nichola for being flexible and wonderful hosts!!

Great property in a great location

Very clean property, as pictured in the listing. Confortable for a family of 6 (2 kids 11 and 17).The sea upfront is good for snorkeling, and the kids also spent a lot of time kayaking. The seabed is mostly made of seagrass but there is a few sandy area as well. The area is quiet and about 45 minutes from Georgetown.we had an issue with the dishwasher (leak), we noticed the owner and the dishwasher was replaced the following day. Great service and great communication from the owners. We strongly recommend this villa and we would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful location for exploring Caymans

We loved our stay at Azure Breeze, especially the location and beach right outside the door. There is great snorkeling along the reef, but also enough soft sand to make it fun to walk along the beach looking for washed up coral and shells, and sit at the water's edge relaxing. It's a quiet part of the island, but very easy to get to other beaches and tourist destinations. I'd say the spot is ideal for families that want to be away from the busy seven mile beach area and have a more laid back beach vacation. Very comfortable spot and the owners responded quickly to questions and provided great local tips!

Wonderful Stay-May 21-26

We truly enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling right outside the unit, a beautiful playground. The unit was well described and has everything you will need. Rum Point and Kaibo Bay are very convenient and have all the water activities, so you don’t have to travel to 7 mile beach. We took the water ferry from Kaibo to Camana Bay for dinner in George Town and enjoyed the ride and the full moon over the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet. Beautiful view!

This property is beautiful in a quiet section of the island. From the second floor main bedroom, you can lie in bed and watch the waves and the breeze blow through the palms. So peaceful! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beach directly in front of the unit is rocky and lots of trash has accumulated nearby. We went to other beautiful beaches and didn't swim in front of the house.

Tropical paradise

Beautiful outlook directly into the ocean. Very well equipped with all kitchen utensils and some food items. Lots of beach toys for the kids. Convenient for Rum point and starfish cove. Kaibo bar was lovely and the bioluminescent tours depart from Kaibo dock. Quite a drive to 7 mile beach but worth it for the tranquility the property offers, we will definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation!

This was a vacation planned for our adult children. Our daughter’s significant other my husband and I. 5 total. The villa was outstanding! Very clean, fully stocked except your food, kayaks, wonderful patio furniture and just steps from the beach. It was so much more than we hoped for.!it is on the quiet side of the island, which we wanted and great snorkeling right in front of the villa. We will be back!

Amazing!!

Wow! I’m officially ruined for any other vacation! The amenities were endless… I swear they thought of everything we could possibly want and then some. It was amazing walking out the patio doors and the water was right there. The beach was great and stayed shallow a long ways out so even the 7 year old could touch. Going to sleep and waking up with that ocean view was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

Our best stay yet!

This was our third visit to Grand Cayman and this was our favorite property that we have rented. The location was close to many great restaurants, Run point and Starfish beach. The Villa had everything we needed, the owners were very responsive with our questions and made everything so easy. The sandy beach and easy access to the water made it easy to snorkel and kayak. There was ample shade as well as plenty of sunshine- the perfect mix. The beds were very comfortable. We love the quiet and easy laidback feel of the North Side as well. This is our new favorite place and we have been recommending it to all of our friends!

Great quiet location on the North Side!

Property was fantastic! Comfy beds, and very importantly comfy climate! Was a little worried about not setting the thermostat below 74 per host instructions, but surprisingly it stayed very very comfortable at that! The location is just 12 minutes from Rum Point which is where we went out for our excursions. There were a few minor inconveniences- the water heater was not very warm so no hot shower after snorkeling, AC went out one evening and repairman got it fixed around 1:30 AM. Other than that- it was a fantastic experience!

Right on the Beach in the Quieter Part of the Island

A nice, well-equipped villa right on a pretty beach in a quieter section of Grand Cayman. Away from the bustle (and traffic) of George Town, yet only about 45 minutes away. Quite close to Rum Point, the Crystal Caves and Starfish Point. On calm days, the snorkeling was surprisingly good on the reef 50-100 feet off the shore in back of the villa. The villa was nice and clean with beautiful beach views and a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, sand toys and two kayaks with life jackets. The owner responded quickly to communications and their guide to the villa explained everything well. We had a great week on the island!

Wonderful villa in an amazing location

Fully stocked & very clean villa in a perfect location directly on the beach away from the crowded tourist side of the island! Very relaxing & amazing snorkeling experience on the beach just a few steps from your back patio door. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen with a couple of small grocery stores within a few minutes drive from this villa. Great food also nearby at a couple of restaurants within 10 minute drive. Took a day trip to 7 mile beach which is so beautiful. Be sure to rent a car since this villa is about 35 minute drive from the airport, but don’t let that discourage you from booking since this villa & the location is worth the drive especially if you’d prefer to be on the quieter side of the island. Our host Robert was amazing & was quick to answer any questions we had & he was able to give us good recommendations for things to do & restaurants as well. We loved every minute of our stay & would definitely book again the next time we visit the island.
