“We arrived on Saturday afternoon although we were scheduled to arrive on Friday. We were met by a foot snow covered driveway and entrance. We parked on the street and had to trudge through snow with our bags. Fell two times in snow. Very treacherous. Eventually plow arrived and cleared out driveway. Good thing we came Saturday. Then the heat stopped working mid Saturday night. Didn't get heat back until around 3pm Sunday. Had to text and call numerous times before finally the agent answered……

“We have stayed at several VRBO's that are individual rooms in a historical residence, this was by far the best. The host's attention to individual detail was beyond expected. The time spent there was like "a night in the museum". The apple pie that greeted us was superb (we waited until breakfast the next morning). We experienced a major snowstorm during our stay; the snow clearing and clean up was timely and complete. (even cleared out the gazebo). The location is extremely convenient to all……

“There were accommodations that were listed that were not functional, it was frustrating. The mattress and pillows were not that comfortable. The hot tub was nice, it took a long time for the saunas to warm up. ”
