“Staff was good in accommodating the requests.”

“In the morning there was a plumbing issue, resulting in the water being shut off in our room. When brought to the staffs attention, they quickly got us another room to use as a bathroom not requiring us to move. Essentially we had two rooms for the morning.”

“Again I enjoyed eating off real dishes at breakfast. The food was acceptable. One issue was the bathroom fan was connected to the light. Turn the light on fan goes on. So I couldn't use the light as a nightlight. Bed was comfortable. All staff were accommodating and helpful when needed.”

“Visiting ON from MI, stay thru PM was great, then AM service poor?, coffee pot in room was defective, asked desk for replacement, a no show, so patiently returned to desk, where it was suggested I go to town for coffee? Otherwise, a nice facility and great visit”

“Sheets weren’t cleaned from previous occupants (hair and stains on blankets), very loud/no sound insulation (this wasn’t a big issue for us though, considering the price point), shared bathroom fairly clean other than really gross bathmat (we did not use the shower), really remote area so a little concerned for safety, locks for room doors have codes which probably aren’t changed between visits (we barricaded the door at night - no deadbolts), ID was not checked upon arrival, caution tape on……

“Staff helpful. Older exterior but beds were clean and comfortable. The fridge was a good size and kept our food and ice packs cold. Close to walking trails. Restaurant right across the road”

“We liked everything. Especially the front desk staff. One particular front desk staff member by the name of Stacey was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to assist us a couple of times when we though we had an issue with the TV. Within 2 minutes she was at our door. Needless to say she solved the issue. Very friendly and professional person.”

“Our stay was very enjoyable at the Auberge Le Chardo Inn. The room was very spacious and clean. It appeared to have been newly renovated and I loved the hardwood flooring. Big bathroom and amenities were supplied. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The restaurant food was excellent and the menu offered a very wide selection to choose from. The Easter buffet brunch they offered was amazing. There was even a chocolate fondue set up. I would highly recommend this Inn for anyone that……

“Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. When we complained, The bed was in awful condition. The staff was working and polite but they had to obey their management. The room did not have a single water bottle. We had an enfant with us. And we were simply in a state where we could not do anything rather than just adjust. So a big heads up to all the ppl……

During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. The apartment itself was spacious and had enough furniture, which was good. However, the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor.
