「I used to stay in this hotel several years ago but my recent stay was not as good as I remembered . The room was not as clean as it’s supposed to be, the bathroom and sink were dirty and full of stains. The towel looks dingy. The breakfast buffet is okay. The staff was very nice and so helpful.」

「The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.」
