“House was perfect for our ATV trip with 3 families- kids stayed in bunk room, adult couples had their own rooms. House and property very clean and well-maintained, owners super responsive and attentive. Convenient to trails and popular spots. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had an awesome time riding the Hatfield & Mccoy trail system. Easy access right from the cabin to 3 trail systems and possibly a 4th if you wanted. Cabin was very nice and clean with everything we needed for the 5 of us. Alot was included and the owner was very accessible for all our needs. Once we unloaded we had access to everything with the sxs and atvs. If you are looking for a great place with beautiful views and close for riding, this is the place!!!”

“Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested……

“As described, the location was perfect. We hit 4 trail systems right by property. Place was very large and had enough property for parking. First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. “This house checked all the boxes for our large group(13) plenty of bed space. we all agreed it was a great house! The game room/ living room was a great bonus! Another bonus was the ice machine! This house has a very large gated/locked parking lot which was perfect for multiple large trucks and trailers. The location was good about 10 minutes or less to the trail head from the house . “The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper!
