Didn't provide much privacy sound wise. 3) Bathroom vent let out into the kitchen which is not good for odors or moisture. If these 3 things were fixed, I would give it a better rating.」

「We were dubious when we arrived at the property. It is not located in the greatest neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. We heard sirens three times before ten pm on the first night. And when we went to the nearby grocery, there was an armed guard in the lobby. We spoke to the security guard, and he said that the neighborhood only sees crimes of opportunity for the most part. And, as we were returning to the apartment from the grocery store, we noticed that there is a fire...

「Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc.」

「Three generations went to Niagara Falls to celebrate our mother’s 60th birthday which included seven children under eleven. I was so happy with the size of the common areas such as kitchen and living room. The location is so accessible to the falls, places to eat, and the aquarium. Unfortunately I did have to buy my own cleaning supplies to mop the dirty floors. Other than that the neighborhood felt safe, the back yard/porch area was nice and we all we able to navigate our families together...

It's quiet and has a lot of things in walking distance (awesome park, 7/11, a good bar and restaurant, etc.). We were going to a Bills game and found this location to be ideal. 「Our family booked on VRBO in February with a different host. Less than 48 hours before we were scheduled to leave the orginal host canceled our reservation. It isn't easy finding another location so last minute for a family of our size but then there was Lori. She was more than willing to work with me and went out of her way to make the needed accommodations. The house was clean and absolutely adorable. The kiddos appreciated the basket of welcoming snacks. The location was close to the falls....
