「The property was as pictured/described with a nice, open layout for the common areas that felt very inviting. No issues at all with our very large family having enough space. Everyone loved kayaking and tubing off the docks. We were able to rent a boat nearby and explore the bay more as well. 「Our stay was great. This was the first first vacation with my parents since COVID. The house was perfect for our family. My parents srayed in the Crow's Nest room and loved it. The kitchen had everything you neesed. The house was well stocked with games and beach needs. The Kayaks were fun for whole family. We also enjoyed our evening down at the padio area. Ample seating. We loved it. Being from Lancaster PA it is a long haul for the grandparents. If you could MOVE the house to Rehobeth Beach...

「We enjoyed our stay so much. There was a water view from almost every room in the house. In several rooms it felt as if the house was on top of the water. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and we had a visit from a friendly neighborhood dachshund almost every day. We had such a nice surprise the dock had baited crab traps upon our arrival and we caught fresh crabs for dinner. Safety Concerns: The porch steps to the side door were very steep - should be 4 or 5 not 3. The mold in the upstairs shower was a issue, and the lack of useful railing on the steps to the upstairs. The decorative railing was difficult to use for balance.」

「  The Jarvis Point home might be the most fantastic VRBO home that we have ever visited. It is true waterfront and outstandingly so - it is probably 30feet from the shore. It offers an unbelievably panoramic view of the waterfront, especially from the bedroom on the third floor. We found the home most suited for a couple with youngsters, or a couple with a young adult as was the case for us. It is an outstanding home and a special place with every amenity. 」
