「Bereits an der Hauptstraße B300 gibt es eine Beschilderung zur Lodge. Die ca. 70 km lange Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Sandpiste, die nur mit einem Allradfahrzeug zu bewältigen ist. 「Die Xakanaxa mobil camp hat nichts mit mit Xakanaxa im Moremi Nationalpark zu tun. Es ist eine Irreführung! Wir waren am Khwai River aussrhalb des Parks. Hier wurde für uns alleine (3 Personen) das Camp am Fluss bei den Hippos aufgebaut. Wir hatten einen Koch, ein Zeltbauer und unseren Wildführer. Alle hatten sich super bemüht und es war ein tolls Erlebnis. Das Essen war sehr gut für diese Bedingungen und das Uebernachten war so wie bei den Pfadfinder, echt naturnah! 「Ich habe pro Nacht 1100 € bezahlt und mich sehr gefreut. Schon bei der Ankunft die erste große Enttäuschung bevor ich das Zelt betreten habe. Von der Terrasse aus sah man nur Kühe. Selbst nachts hörte man die Kuhglocken und die Laute der Kuh. Man benötigt eine Bootsfahrt von 30 Minuten, die auch vor 6:15 Uhr nicht startet, um zum Game Drive zu kommen. The guides are very knowledgeable compared to some other camps we have visited and the trackers are outstanding. The walk with the Bushmen through the brush is truly a unique experience.
