Great place, highly recommend. One thing to note - the neighbor across the street asked we let the landlord know the umbrella on the balcony came loose and blew onto the roof. Neighbor mentioned this also happened about a month ago. Retrieved the umbrella from the roof and secured it to the table and closed it. The lightened the locking screw at the base. May need further tightening
