Check in is at 3pm and the waterside closes at 4pm. I booked this hotel specifically for the waterpark for my 2 sons. I booked 2 weeks ago and actually tried to cancel because they both got sick the day before. Since the hotel had no empathy for sick kids they would not give me any refund if I cancelled. I took my “healthiest” son so I didn’t waste $215. He was sad to know when we arrived at 430pm that the slide was closed. We still went to the pool and the pool room was cold! We felt the pool water and that was cold as well. Luckily the jacuzzi was great. The hotel room was freezing as well (our stay was Feb 15) and we were only provided with a thin sheet as a blanket. There were no extra comforters available in the “family suite”. The hotel and the hotel room were only mediocre with a lack of cleanliness. There was also no food available at the “resort” when we arrived at 430pm or for breakfast. Also we went to use the indoor playground and pool at 8am the next morning only to find out the pool doesn’t open until 10am which is also the check out time. It’s ridiculous the pool times are not conducive to check in/check out or towards families with young children. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel especially for families.

This is not a “resort” by any means, the place is sooo dated, and dilapidated! The place is in terrible need of renovation. The room had holes in the carpet. The celling had a patch job done but wasn’t finished, the couch had a tear. The pool was dirty, things were floating in the water. There was almost no lighting in the pool area at night, that made my children very scared. I didn’t realign encounter many employees, but except at the pool area and they were vet kind and polite.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had a room on the top floor overlooking the ocean. The rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. The star of the show was the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean! We would come again!

Loved it was right on the boardwalk and beach was easy to access. Staff were great. Didnt like beds were springy and uncomfortable, not comfortable bedding, gas stove in room, bathroom fixtures were unpar. Need an extra door lock so young kids cant bolt out of room easy. It was easy to find. Parking was easy. We had a ocean view which was great!

The hotel is old falling apart The elevator was stuck several times Some of the hallways were dark gloomy and the ceilings had holes or missing drop ceilings pieces the sliding door in our room would not lock and the couch was not working properly and it's probably about 40 years old the uneven floor made it interesting and the thin walls made it difficult to get a good night sleep
