「There were numerous things in this home that need work. The burners on the stove didn't work properly. A knob was missing. The coffee maker leaked water all over. 「It’s an older home but well maintained with several levels! Quite a unique property!! Very nicely decorated in main living room floor with huge dining area. Lots to do at this property with beach front access to Lake Chestermere. 「This unit was great! The location is close to lots of downtown and grocery/liquor/coffee stores. Bonus points for undergrojnd parking if you need a car as the street has a time limit. Unit was clean and spacious - more than enough room for 4 people and 6 if necessary. Host communication was great - we had a super late check in and paul had no problem with it. Building is secure and quiet! Only hiccup was the wifi didnt work great but we visited between snow storms.」

"The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom line."
