“I wish I could give zero stars. This place needs a serious update. It's so run down and dirty. I do not understand the good ratings. I seen so many good ones and felt comfortable trying it. Nothing here is free or included. They don't have irons or hair dryers. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, I couldn't wait for the sun to come up to get out of here. I understand pet friendly but everyone has dogs in there, its like a dog park. I seen one guest with his dog and the dog marked the wall……

“The Monterey Motel was very clean and spacious. The bed was firm & the pillows comfortable. I booked very early for the Alburquerque Balloon Festival, so I got an excellent rate. Other family members who booked later paid a bit more. The motel is very quiet until around 6;30am when traffic picks up on Route 66. I would definitely stay here again. It was nice to have the outdoor pool, even though it was a bit chilly in October.”

“打开门房间会有一股刺鼻的味道，应该是潮湿不通风造成的，浴室没有窗或抽风，我们打开房门吹了半个小时就好多了。
除此之外都还不错。”
