“The hotel was conveniently placed and staff lovely. The rooms were tired and dirty. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. Parking across the street was convenient ”

“Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not……

“To improve: Considering that Alps is visited by people from around the globe it would be great to have the information in English too as not everyone will speak French. Someone to be at the reception to offer support throughout the stay. No bin bags. Also we were expected to clean the room which we did, but the cloth to wash the floors could not be any more disgusting. And some additional charges we were informed of on the day of check in and check out, such as the deposit or tax. Light the……
