「Well maintained clean rooms. Friendly hard working staff and of course parking right outside the room.」

「The appearance from the outside will leave you wondering why you booked this hotel. The renovations on the second floor are up to date. It would be nice to have staff on hand for an early check out. The lobby doors are locked so you must find a side exit. Our shampoo and body wash containers were not refilled and unfortunately only noticed in the morning. I am sure once all renovations are done inside and outside this will be a great hotel.」

「Very comfy bed and great shower, just what we needed after a long day on the road. Room 105 A/C leaked a bit and smelled musty in the morning when we woke up but otherwise real comfy bed and pillows.」

「When we arrived there was so no power. Eventually it came back on. The TV did not work. Manpreet from the front desk came to help. Was not able to do anything. She look at me smiled, tilted her head, laughed and said sorry. Walked out of the room did not care. Went to check out in the morning. Almost 10 minutes before the guy showed up. Didn’t ask about my stay or seem to care when i choose to tell him. The staff could use some customer service training. Won’t stay there again.」

「The motel is easy access to the Trans Canada highway and is located beside a roadhouse for dining. The room was clean and well stocked. There is a microwave, bar fridge a the TV had lots of channels. I found the front end staff to be very pleasant and helpful.」
