「Wow, just wow! Came for an event for our anniversary. Everything about this hotel was great from the location to the comfort of the bad to the amazing customer service and the bar. They even have an experience that unfortunately we missed because we didn't find out about it until we left. Looking forward to staying again. Our only complaint is that there's some kind of bar nearby where people were screaming and yelling at partying until 3 in the morning. 」

「This is the only hotel in the Burlington/Mt Vernon area with kitchen facilities (like a stovetop), which we appreciated since we don’t like going out to dinner and prefer making our own breakfast. Hotel is clean and in good condition, everything works. The bed is more comfortable than at most hotels, not soft but not too firm. 「We stayed here on our way just for one night. It looks like this hotel is new or freshly renovated. It has a small gym and a pool, standard hotel breakfast included. One thing that we didn't like was loud train honk somewhere in a distance at 5am.」

「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」
