The back verandah and yard were very private, and the lush tropical plants hosted a fascinating range of wildlife that entertained us most mornings. The outdoor shower was a luxurious highlight, used several times a day throughout our stay.」

「The Treehouse is situated in an ideal location for those wanting to explore the Darwin area. The Parap shopping village is a short walk away, with many lovely shops to enjoy. The property felt very secure, high fences with gates at each driveway. The ability to park multiple vehicles or trailers was fantastic, we felt safe having our trailer parked there. Plenty of cooling with the fans and aircons, the house was pleasant to be in. The pool was lots of fun and the kids enjoyed the cubby house...

「My family & I absolutely loved our stay at this property. Very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for the 2 weeks. The pool was perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable. Had lots of wildlife visit every night. Only downfall is there aren't blinds in any rooms, apart from the bedrooms.」

「I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am.....」

「Kitchen cupboard door broken, water went everywhere when we showered. Main bedroom shower door doesn’t shut. Dust on outdoor furniture Quiet neighbourhood, close to everything, accommodated everyone well 」

「Absolutely lovely place to stay, only a few minutes Uber away from the centre of Darwin. The house is well laid out with three spacious bedrooms and an open plan sitting area/ kitchen, perfect for relaxing and cooking up some wonderful food. Outside the place has a fantastic pool, perfect for relaxing during the hot hours of the day. Perfect for a group of friends to stay at and use to enjoy the local area. 」

「This end of Lake Bennett is the ultimate private getaway. It's like a quiet nook, away from most other cabins.The accommodation is perfect. It's spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The host has provided loads of all the good gear, including water craft and comfortable outside 'dining with a view'.Not much beats hanging in the lake on a noodle, watching a sunset and eating nibblies off the pontoon.The host is a good comunicator and has everything set up for very comfortable stay. 」

"Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine."
