“So I highly recommend this house for several reasons, but the one that got me was how quickly and efficiently they took care of a problem. Let me explain: when I arrived the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, in fact at all, and the response and effort they took to satisfy us and to make us comfortable was top notch. They had to replace the WHOLE unit the next day and the HVAC company they used knocked it out and we had ac by 4 that day. Thank you”

“Host was unhelpful with several issues in the home, most of them minor, but excessive ice on the front steps made them unusable and I was told "maintenance" would stop by to address it and never did. ”

“This is our second stay at the Carriage House and we choose it because of its proximity to the clinic and comfortable layout. It also is on one floor and there's only two steps into the property with close parking to your car. A kitchen is well stocked and the furniture very comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk. Kristen is a lovely host and we plan to return. ”

“This was our first VRBO experience. The property was the perfect location. The accommodations were the perfect size, spotless, and suited all our needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and Eric was very kind and accommodating...even shared the garden with us. We also enjoyed meeting all of the animals (cows, ducks, chickens, Guinea hens, Ferdinand the donkey, and Nix, the family dog, who was the sweetest girl). Communication was excellent. “Pro: The apartment was clean and centrally located for our needs Con: The shower was broken - which we didn't discover until we went to use it. There was barely a trickle of cold water. We had to use pots to shower. The remote for TV did not work. The towels were shabby and threadbare. The apartment was clean, easy parking but the interior was shabby and the whole shower issue was a big no no”
