「This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!」

「On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)
