「The most amazing view ever!!! Short walk to beach. Old New England charm」

「Nicely constructed cabin. Very comfortable bed! Peaceful and fresh air. Would have liked a later check out than 10 am given we were expected to do half of the clean up - dishes, garbage collection, placing towels all in one designated location, resetting the thermostat, closing the windows, etc. We were late leaving due to these housekeeping chores, and the second we departed a service truck pulled up that previously came around at exactly 10 am. 」

「Amazing spot! Simple, quiet, with a sprinkle of local lobster boats humming by. Perfect weather highlighted the sky, the water and the sunsets. I put away the phone (unreliable internet) opened up a good book, visited the nearby sand beach for a cold plunge, and took in some local theater. This place is a gift for the soul. 」

「We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy lakefront home. It was the perfect size for just the two of us—small, but comfortable and just what we needed. Everything was very clean and well-kept, and the owner was excellent with communication, making everything simple and stress-free. Our favorite part was spending time on the deck looking right out over the lake, enjoying the peaceful views and watching the three loons that hung around nearby. Such a special and relaxing spot.」

「A wonderful property. Not huge but a great size for 2 people! The view was terrific (saw seals we believe just beyond the sandbar at almost every tide opportunity in addition to the birds at the shore - the woodchuck and the squirrel at times in the backyard). Amenities were great - appliances, furnishing, wireless & TV. The hosts were wonderful, great communication and some hints on local options. Would wholeheartedly recommend this property.」

「Our second stay at the Flower Farm, a place both restful and intriguing. The apartment has everything you need; the surroundings are full of lush flowering plants both cultivated and wild. The owner brought out the farm’s horse and donkey for us to visit with, and we had a good time rummaging in the farm shop. Set in the quiet countryside of Belmont, the farm is only a short drive away from the bustle of Belfast.」

「We had a wonderful time in Rockport, Rockland, Thomaston and Camden, easily accessable from this house. The deck overlooks the loveliest view. Sunset was glorious with colors and sailboats and two sweet herons. The property is comfortable and sparklng clean. The only tricky part is that in order to get to the bedrooms upstairs, you have to walk through the third bedroom which can be awkward if the person in that room wants to sleep in.
