“This was one of our favorite trips which we have ever gone on! The view from this place was breath taking! Every day it was so special to wake up and be treated with the views over the bay! The area upstairs was perfect for playing games with friends, cooking food, and relaxing. The pool was nice to be able to chill and take in the views as well. “St. John is incredible! Our accommodations were great as well. Our host communicated very well and questions were answered in a very prompt, timely manner. We were surprised that the whole house was not air conditioned. I did not see where it was only the bedrooms anywhere in the VRBO listing. “Everything about our stay was AMAZING!!!! Luciah greeted us at our Jeep rental location and guided us to the condo for a brief overview. We found everything at the condo to be exactly as described. We really appreciated all of the little touches that were included such as the snorkel gear, coolers, chairs, water bottles, and beach bags. The condo was clean and the accommodations were exactly what we expected. The views were incredible! Even better in person than pictured. We found the location……

“We had an amazing time. The house has been updated and it actually looked better than the VRBO pictures. It was a great set up for two families. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all pans and utensils that we needed. You can’t access the beach immediately in front of the house, but you can reach the rock beach that is to the East. It’s a short 5 minute walk or you can also drive over there. “The house has views that are simply amazing. Looking out at the sunrise, Coral Bay, BVIs, the open ocean, clouds, rainbows was great all week long. The road up to the house is an adventure and the place is well set up for our group of four. Enough outdoor space to sit in sun by pool, but also plenty of shade when you need to get out of the sun. A lovely place for a vacation on St. John. ”

“We stayed here in April 2025. The house was just as pictured. One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. We rented a car and had no problems getting around. JP met us at the house and gave us advice on restaurants and snorkeling. We are a family of 4 and they were able to split the one king into two twins. It was the perfect set up for us. The best snorkeling and tons of wildlife. We will definitely be back. ”

“If you have the opportunity to book this villa, DO IT!!! The photos are completely accurate. It's just beautiful! We have rented many villas on St. John and this villa is by far the most beautiful and the most comfortable! Hugo was a pleasure to work with and his mom even gave us a bag of her delicious greens and veggies! Thank you so very much! Our family of 8 had more than enough room and the views were absolutely spectacular! We are definitely hoping to return at some point!”

“Great sized space for 2 to 3 people. Absolutely gorgeous view and each bedroom has its own slider to just walk out on. Plenty of air conditioning to escape the humidity. The view comes at a cost though.. the hill is very steep and taxis are expensive so I suggest renting a car. The restaurants at the bottom of the hill are fantastic for all types of meals. Grocery shop at Moe's down the hill to grill out on the deck. The ferry to St. John is right across from you and to see the beautiful beaches……
