"When I checked in the first room didnt have the pull out couch they refused to move my room until the confirmed with maintenance. Got moved up a floor into the correct room. From there the lights would randomly come on or go off. Im not talking throughout the day I mean 3am the light would come up the fan speed would increase. Get up turn it off just for it to come immediately back on. The lights from the pool area made 3am look like 6am. There are blinds but they dont block the light heavy curtains are needed. While you cant hear people talking next door or above/below you will hear every footsteps taken. The kids loved the pool. Id recommend you either spend less on a budget hotel or more or a condo/bnb."
