「I would not rate our room as a 3 star experience. The room was clean, but the door of the fridge cupboard was broken, and the bathroom ventilator was not working, so water in the bathroom did not clear quickly. The shower was a wet-room, so everything in the bathroom got wet when you had a shower. The hotel needs to have a proper system of drying the bathroom after taking a shower. The cleaners were very nice and polite, but they couldn't understand the problems very well. Also, was it really...

「Aufgrund des Gestank nach Zigarettenrauch, würde ich das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Zudem hatten wir noch ein anderes Hotel in Sofia, dass ähnlich viel kostete und deutlich moderner und angenehmer war. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht. Auf die Beschwerde, dass es nach Zigaretten im Raum riecht hat man nur geantwortet, dass bestimmt ein anderer Gast auf dem Balkon unter dem Zimmer raucht... Der Gestank war aber so penetrant in dem Raum und auch in das Bettzeug gezogen, dass es nur...
