「My interaction with the owner of this hotel was not good. I received a message the morning of my stay that my card wasn't working so I uploaded it all again. I received a call an hour before check-in that it still wasn't working even though that card had been working just fine. I called to ask about early check-in but was told no staff would be on-site until later which they sent me a message about. I never received any such message. 「Host was very responsive. There were a few issues that did not effect us but the host needed to know about and he was right on it and very pleasant. Nice and convenient location, very clean, comfortable bed, all was good. 」
