We were within close driving distance to everything we needed, and the beach was right there just steps away. We liked that the villa was in its own nook, giving it a more private and peaceful feel. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.」

「Please note that this property is not exclusively yours during your stay. The condo has four rooms available for rent, and the host is not on site. Despite the condo’s excellent location, the potential presence of other guests can be surprising, especially as VRBO usually offers entire property rentals. I was taken aback when three unknown men entered the condo one afternoon without prior notice, while my wife, teenage daughter, and I were in one room and another woman was renting another room....

The rooftop patio is the perfect place to enjoy Cayman sunsets and you can easily walk along the beach to several hotels and restaurants for a meal or drink. 「I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again! We felt safe in this peaceful little area. Yes there was construction all around but that didnt bother us a bit. Lots of facebook groups said not to stay in west end but we had 0 issues at all. We went to the Turtle centre 5 times, dolphin discovery, did a tour with Captin Marvins to snorkel the barrier...

「The property is amazing everything kept. At first we were worried about the shared space but it was no problem plenty of room and there is shared food which was a help. Shaggy and Rovie are excellent hosts and they keep you informed of every dive or boat trip. The boat trip was great because we weren’t with the cruise ship tourists and did everything at our leisure. The diving and snorkeling is the best I have ever done. Beautiful dives. Thank you again!」

「Loved this spot! You walk out the back door and your on the beach. Dead center of 7mile beach, and after walking half of 7 mile beach, it is the best beach there. Great ocean view and the sand is perfect! The place it’s self, it’s not the ritz, but it’s a perfect beach house. Go in thinking beach house and you will not be disappointed.
