“Continental breakfast very bad. Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am.”

“By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.”

“Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when……

“This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the RED ROOF INN at Cadiz, KY. it is very well kept and very clean. I very much like the bed, not too soft and not too hard. Its walking distance to several places to eat.”

“The room was relatively clean though I killed 2 spiders in the bathtub. The room was so hot that the air conditioner couldn't cool it down until after midnight. The person at the desk was very annoyed that I had a dog though Expedia said they were pet friendly when I made the reservation. We won't be back.”

“Staff was rude the bathroom had no shower curtain and no remote control for the television and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly and the room had no hairdryer or tissue in the dispenser box and they had no toilet paper roll support for the toilet paper roller. I will not stay there again and they should fix the pool in that place so making a place look like a dump.”

“Room--was clean except for a few minor things.The covebase around room and bathroom had sections that were coming off, the doorway to the bathroom had a lot chip marks in the paint. The bathroom was extremely outdated, tub had places where the paint/finish had chip marks in base. The area behind, and around the sofa were dirty as well as the wall under the towel rack, and behind door. It was really hot out air conditioner was decent, but the room still seemed to have a lot moisture. I didn't……

“It was a clean, comfortable stay. My sister and I booked separately. The front desk staff realized this and graciously changed my room to be close to hers without having to be asked.”
