Cozy property with everything you'd need provided. Friendly host. Short walk (5 mins) to the coast gets you to the Cardiac Steps, which is a nice but steep set of steps to the beach. A few minutes further gets you to the centre of Mundsley, with easier access to the beach and other facilities. If you go the other direction from the chalet park, there is a great bakery, coffee shop, butchers, greengrocer, etc. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay near the sea

Property was really great with all the amenities, near to beaches and shops. Laura and Ian provided everything you need in a nice property, along with all the details and guidance you need to plan your stay and activities. It was a lovely stay, although weather wasn't that great, but we all really loved our holidays and the lovely property. We will plan our stay there soon.

The property was just as described. Very clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. It was very quiet, which is how we like it. Mundesley is an amazing place, an unspoilt seaside village with a great community feel. Every amenity is on your doorstep. Laura and Ian are very caring hosts who want you to have a great time, which we did.
