Thatched Cottage - the best holiday for all of us
We just returned from our third stay at Thatched Cottage, and it was, as always, an absolute delight. Paul and Lisa are not just hosts; they have become wonderful friends who make us feel so welcome and cared for from the moment we arrive. Their attention to detail in the cottage is superb—every room is thoughtfully designed and maintained to perfection.
Our two furry companions, Smudge the dog and Ollie the 23-year-old cat, also had the time of their lives. It's so rare to find a place that is so welcoming to all of our family members.
A highlight of this trip was the private boat trip Paul organized for us. It was a unique and truly memorable way to experience the Broads from a whole new perspective.
The cottage's location is a huge part of its charm. It perfectly combines the tranquility of the countryside with the convenience of having shops, the train station, and the river all within easy reach. There's always something to do. We're already looking forward to booking our fourth visit!
