"The owner Josh was easily accessible to communicate with and answer any questions we had leading up to and during our stay. The property and amenities were awesome and we enjoyed all of them during out stay. The dock with kayaks and life jackets available was convenient to get out on the water as well as fish from. The hot tub and fire pit allowed us to relax while enjoying the views of the lake. The house has a brewery vibe and offers plenty of additional entertainment; we played ping pong, pool, board games, and completed a puzzle. Food Lion was a quick trip for groceries as well. Would recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a lakefront retreat."

Kitchen was well stocked and the only minor thing we needed was a can opener. We were not able to spend much time outside due to weather. We will definitely come back here again. "The location was excellent, gated community, very clean area. The house was well stocked and clean with a cool rec room downstairs. Plenty of water pressure and hot water enough for five people to shower and still not run out. Close to the town of Albermarle, only 15 minutes away, lots of restaurants and shopping options there. Teresa was very responsive and an excellent host!"
