「I agree with other comments about this apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, the LR is comfortable and the king bed is excellent. We stayed in the summer (July) and the unit was a bit warm which was our only concern but we still were able to sleep. And lastly the property manager was very available - 」

「This condo is truly in a perfect location. We walked just about to everything and it worked very well for us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is professional, responsive and pleasant. The description of the condo is accurate; the only piece of information I would add is that, as with many mountain homes, there is a full flight of steps (somewhat steep) to access the unit, as well as inside (also somewhat steep), between bedrooms and main living floors. Would definitely...

「We hosted our small wedding on Mike’s property. It was absolutely incredible. The property is gorgeous and Mike is so accommodating and communicative. It was a perfect experience for us and our family. 」

「We were in town for a family funeral. The place was roomy and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The directions and information in the house were very clear.We did have some problems locating the house as it has a long driveway. We’d like to suggest that a sign be posted at the end of the driveway with the street number. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and had the supplies we needed. Thank you! 」

「Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit.」

「We booked Neal's place for the Telluride Bluegrass festival and it worked out great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the festival and in a good location. The place was as advertised and accommodated our party of 10. Guest parking instructions were a bit confusing but worked out okay for us.」

「Really enjoyed our time at this property. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from Ridgway. Fully stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen accessories and a grill for you to stay there all day if desired. Great views of the mountains all around!」
