Il parco davanti alla casa consente di vivere e di godere insieme alla famiglia la vacanza. Il "lido azzurro " è il primo stabilimento ed è perfettamente attrezzato.

Enjoyable stay in small holiday cottage
We stayed for 4 warm days (max 30, min 25 celcius) early October. The cottage has one good bedroom with airconditioning, but the living/kitchen is rather small. We would not recommend the house for more than 2 guests. The kitchen is a bit basic (eg. only one wine glass) , but why cook yourself with so many great places to eat out in nearby Noto? Nice garden, quiet and well maintained, but the private terrace is rather small and has limited views. Two downsides: the shower cabin is very small (80x80 cm), and there were many cats and kittens wandering around the house, begging for foor and attention. Lido di Noto was very quiet (end of season we guess) with a nice east-facing beach for an early morning swim. We enjoyed our stay!

Gute Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge, sehr schöner Strand. Super nette Menschen, Giovanni konnte alle unsere Fragen beantworten, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Sehr netter Empfang.

Jeder Zeit wieder , haben uns wie Daheim gefühlt .
Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, das richtige Domizil um abzuschalten . Der Vermieter ist ständig bemüht , falls in irgendeiner Weise Fragen bestehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen .

Ci torneremo di sicuro!
Incredibilmente rigoglioso il giardino curato con tanto amore dal proprietario, sembra di essere in montagna. A due passi però c'è il bellissimo mare delle Sicilia! Intorno una quantità di posti affascinanti da visitare. La casa é fresca, dotata comunque di aria condizionata e di ogni altra cosa possa servire. Il proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo come del resto é tipico delle persone che abitano questa meravigliosa isola. Siamo stati benissimo in questa casetta! Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Villetta accogliente immersa nel verde di un giardino mozza fiato
Varcato il cancello d'ingresso della villetta, situata a due passi dalla spiaggia, salta subito all'occhio la cura dedicata allo splendido giardino antistante la casetta. Lo spazio verde è veramente tanto e l'ombra degli alberi che lo adornano rendono il clima piacevolmente fresco. Una parte del prato è dedicato ai più piccoli con tanto di scivolo ed altalena. La villetta è a dimensione d'uomo, accogliente e ben arredata. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare un pranzo o una cenetta da degustare anche al fresco della veranda, arredata con tavolo e sedie. La zona è tranquilla e la cortesia del proprietario eccellente. La posizione della villetta risulta strategica per raggiungere agevolmente mete interessanti, come Noto, Avola, la splendida riserva di Vendicari con i suoi paesaggi e le sue spiagge incantevoli, nonché la suggestiva Marzamemi. In un aggeivo: consigliatissima.
