Family summer in Noto

This is our second time staying in this house, and we love it! Gorgeous view and location is perfect to head to all the nearest beaches. The space is big enough to host my whole family and we make our best summer memories here.

Family Summer in Sicily

We absolutely loved our stay here. My parents live in Noto so it was a great distance from the town and beaches. Vendicari and the surrounding beaches are in my opinion the best strip of beaches on the east coast. I’ve been coming here every summer all my life. My brothers stayed at the house with myself and husband, and 2 kids under 2. Apart from the great location, the interior is a great layout, we had some amazing dinners outside and enjoyed lounging together and swimming in the pool. Would definitely come back to the house another year. The house feels safe and tucked away from the main road, and has everything you might need. Very homely feel. We hope to come back another time !

Beautiful house near Vendicari

We loved to Stay at this beautiful house! It is spacious, Perfect for families and the surrounding is stunning. The only thing that we were missing, was a bakery and a grocery store nearby. But thats the price for being surrounded by nature!

Well Equipped, Contemporary, Spacious Villa in the Vendicari Countryside

We very much enjoyed this house. It was extremely modern, spacious, had a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful views down to the sea, and a large covered terrace for relaxing and enjoying meals. The location was very close to local beaches and about a ten minute drive from supermarket(s) and Noto. Spiaggia della Pizzuta, close to Lido di Noto, was a particularly nice beach. The house has an above ground pool, which although very small and not suitable for swimming, was nice for cooling off in the hot July weather. Sebastiano, the agent who manages the property, was very efficient and recommended a couple of nice restaurants. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

Una casa splendida tra campagna e mare

Quando siamo andati avevamo il timore che fosse stato bravo il fotografo a fare le foto, e invece la casa è bella proprio come appare nelle foto! E' stata creata con gusto, semplicità ed eleganza: i pavimenti di tutta la casa e le pareti dei bagni in cemento finemente colorato, l'incannucciata un po' sbiancata su tutti i soffitti, l'arredamento semplice ma divertente ed efficace, fino al bel colore salvia delle persiane, che si armonizza alla vista col blu del cielo siciliano. La casa all'esterno, essendo posizionata su una collinetta, è aperta a 360 gradi e permette di vedere l'alba sul mare dell'Oasi di Vendicari e il tramonto sull'entroterra, in particolare dalla grande terrazza del primo piano che circonda quasi tutto il perimetro della casa. Simpatica, originale e funzionale l'illuminazione in tutti gli ambienti. Insomma, come forse si è capito, se dovessimo costruircela ce la faremmo proprio così! Si è nel silenzio e nella magia della campagna (abbiamo ad esempio potuto godere la vista del passaggio intorno alla casa di parecchi conigli e di una volpe grigia!) e allo stesso tempo non troppo lontani dal mare, dove in auto si può raggiungere in poco tempo le belle spiagge dell'Oasi e di San Lorenzo. La proprietà è recintata e inoltre, per i meno abituati a stare così in solitudine, dotata di impianto di allarme esterno e/o interno. L'impianto wifi, nonostante la zona sia isolata, funziona piuttosto bene. Insomma, abbiamo passato due splendide settimane e speriamo presto di poter tornare a godere di questa dolce proprietà.
