Villa Federica has been recently built, it features bright, comfortable rooms tastefully furnished. It has a living/dining room with kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26 changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50 (to pay on arrival).
Early departure: € 50,00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kWh per week (the extra consumption fee of € 0,60 per kWh is to be paid on the spot), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (2 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
