“After staying at the MOB Hotel in Saint-Ouen, Paris, we were keen to try their latest hotel in Cannes and we were not disappointed. Travelling as a family with older teenage kids, we really appreciated the spacious, well-equipped room and the relaxed atmosphere. The design touches were excellent, the calm soundtrack added to the laid-back feel, and the staff were friendly and gave us some brilliant inside tips for restaurants and great days out.

"I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views.
**Pros:**
- Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs.
- Clean, well-equipped room.
**Cons:**
- Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room.
- Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night.
- While the hotel staff kindly provided me with earplugs to help mitigate the noise, wearing them all night was uncomfortable. Removing them meant enduring constant disturbances, which severely impacted my ability to rest.
I understand the hotel can't control street noise, but they could improve soundproofing, especially the windows. "
