You will have access to on-street parking with the use of a parking permit, and there is also a small yard to the rear of the property. This house is well suited to groups of friends or families. You will be a 5 - 10 minute walk to most areas of Nottingham, including the train station.

The space
The house has two double bedrooms and a well-sized kitchen. In the living room, you will find two sofabeds sleeping two people each. Upstairs is a large bathroom with a shower and separate bath.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the garden.
