"This Hotel is a fair distance from the main Town of Zadar, about 30 minutes so be prepared for this length of time to travel to and from this hotel. I found it extremely costly using my Uber app from the Hotel to Zadar. If it’s peace and tranquility your looking for, well this is the right place to stay, The rooms were clean and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Unfortunately I never experienced breakfast, not many guests breakfast closed early. Be prepared to walk up and down steep concrete stairs to rooms and facilities. At the very bottom of the stairs was delightful and by far the best asset of the hotel which was a gravel sea front with canopy’s and excess to the Mediterranean Sea which was so refreshing and I really enjoyed swimming in the natural sea than in most hotels where they have a pool"

"Fabulous location - really peaceful and secluded spot with ready access to some great restaurants (highly recommend Mikas in Novigrad). The villas is really well kitted out and the communication with the owners was exceptional - such a lovely touch starting our holiday with some delicious local delicacies in the fridge! The pool and pool table were are definite highlight along with some brilliant day trip recommendations from our host."
