The holiday house is in a quiet residential area on the edge of the town of Novigrad.
All the apartments have their own entrance and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and gas stove. The living room has a generous dining table, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The bathrooms are fitted with a washbasin, WC and shower cubicle. Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, with a grill. They are also furnished, so you can enjoy sitting or dining outdoors or relaxing in the shade. There is a big, heated pool on site, where you can cool off and swim a few rounds. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings on the generous sun terrace and gaze out over the green hills. Each apartment has an illuminated and separate parking space. The owner provides bicycles for use free of charge, for exploring the surroundings.
In front of the site there is a children’s playground and there is also a big park. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be found in the town centre just 2km away. It is easy to get to the surrounding beaches, stretching for 4km, by car.
The approx. 65 m² attic flat is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200x200cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (100x200cm each). The owner will be happy to provide you with a cot free of charge.
The balcony, equipped with garden furniture and an awning, is approximately 15 m² in size.
