“The reception and bar staff as superb, the hotel is jn a central location, easy to access and rooms can be accessed by lift or stairs. The breakfast buffet is 5stars - so much choice for continental choice - full English is not a tradition here so please don’t expect black pudding and beans as it’s continental but the food is perfect. The rooms were not cleaned daily - although we are clean, maybe fresh towels on the 3rd day would have been nice. Also we had to ask for pillows. The spa……

“房間超小，有點不乾淨，沒有窗，只有屋頂兩個不能開的小窗，沒有陽光，空氣很差，地點離火車站和舊城區大概10分鐘尚可，但是附近只有一個公園，晚上很黑很靜。服務還挺好，雖然有點慢，而且酒吧餐廳晚上9點就關門，附近沒有餐廳商店，一定要走到市中心有點不方便。電視要入密碼很麻煩。”

“由於前一天與同事同住"標準套房, 1 張標準雙人床和 1 張沙發床"的房型，所以相對來說"標準雙人房, 1 張標準雙人床"好多了，只是Roca飯店若是商務需求的話，建議至少要有多孔的插座或延長線；另外洗手台旁邊就不要當書桌使用，因為檯面偏淺；最後浴室的隔板胖一點的人會有點困難，廁紙感覺放很久了，還好有一盒面紙；若有價錢等因素，可以試試”

“Living Room 之吊燈及桌上檯燈壞了,飯店僅表示須修理 付了Suite價錢卻只有臥室可用 無電梯,需提大又重行李爬樓梯 大大浴室卻小小洗臉台,放個滑滑的肥皂水玻璃瓶 果然半夜碰到摔破,發了一小時清理以免腳傷 隔晨主動告知旅館,卻被索賠20歐元 最後以10歐元成交(一個玻璃瓶)”
