「在16：30赶到酒店，却看到大门紧闭。原来他们家的前台开放时间为周一至周五8：30-16：00、周六周日9：00-15：00。拨打了此行第一个当地电话。用图中对讲机也可以，和电话一样，没人接听，一定要留言后等人工回复。工作人员告诉密码打开图中右下的保险箱，从里面取出房卡和须知，用房卡刷图中右上门禁，酒店大门就打开了。进入电梯后同样需要刷门卡。安全系数很高。进入房间后大超预想，是一套两卧两厅两卫两露台带厨房、洗衣房和入户花园的整套公寓型住宅，还能看到斯卡伯拉海滩。电炉、烤箱、微波炉、锅碗瓢盆齐聚。酒店正对海滩入口，隔壁就是Coles。可以免费停车。」

「Location, size, cleanliness, peaceful, everything about the property was excellent. There were just a couple of minor detractions. There is definitely no swimming pool or dryer as per the blurb on the Stayz Website. The air con is only in the bedroom and all the windows on the southern side are unable to be opened, so no cool ocean breeze. Checkout is supposed to be 11am. We weren’t asked if it was ok if the cleaner came at 10.30, just sent a message saying that’s what was happening. The owners...
