「Comfortable apartment with an useful kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood but a little far from the center. 15-minute walk to downtown.」

「Cold in the room, the radiators doesn't work. Staff ignored me and no one came to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I've wasted more money on medication than on any pleasures.」

「The room was amazing, really gave ski vibes. Owners were brilliant as well, super helpful and kind.」

「Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. 「We were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room. Enfim isso não macula a hospedagem. Inclusive deixei um trenó para criança, espero que o próximo hospede possa aproveitar. 」

Cons: - Photos used for the listing were probably taken when the property was much newer. In reality, the place was not as polished as the images they put on Expedia. - The listing for the studio apartment specified...

「The apartment was very clean and very well located — close to Zakopane’s main street, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. It was also well equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen/living room area included a Smart TV, which was a particularly nice extra. The host was also very responsive and always replied promptly via WhatsApp, which was greatly appreciated. There is, however, one important point I would like to mention for future guests. When booking, it is...
